Waitlist privacy

What we keep: Only the email address you type in the form, with the date you joined and confirmed. No name, no phone number, no profile.
Why: For one reason only: to tell you when Sartio is ready. No newsletter, no advertising, nothing passed on to anyone.
With your consent: You sign up yourself and confirm with the link we email you (double opt-in). Without confirmation we won’t write to you.
Where it is kept: On our own servers in the European Union, in list software we run ourselves. We use no outside newsletter service and we don’t track opens or clicks. The site goes through Cloudflare, which protects it and keeps it fast.
For how long: As long as the list is needed to announce the launch. Then we delete it.
Unsubscribing: Every email has an “Unsubscribe” link: one click is enough. From the same page you can also permanently wipe all your data or download a copy.
Your rights: You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. If you think we are not handling it properly you can complain to a data protection authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
